I really liked Eat , Pray, Love OK there I said it! and I'm a guy I know but I like the way Elizabeth Gilbert thinks and writes. I also enjoyed her thoughts on creativity in this short monologue.

Thanks for this post, I really enjoyed it. I tend to over think everything when it comes to making pots. Using the aid of a genius sounds so much better than trying to be one myself.

Blaine, Tina turned me on to the book a few months ago, and we saw the movie together the week before she flew to Bali. I enjoyed both. The whole TED thing is just waaay cool. I've caught a few vids before.

Julie great to hear from you and see your new post on your blog, Stem!! Wow I used to live up that way at cedar creek great area good luck with the new place. I almost settled in that area looked at a few houses.
Who knows where it all comes from (creativity) I think maybe its a mix of several things maybe one day will figure it out. There certainly more than one way of thinking about the creative process. who's to say what "the right way" is But if you let go to something else than just your self maybe there's a freedom to that?

Tom haven't seen the movie yet so don't tell me how it ends! And Im digging the whole TED thing, gets the brain thinking outside the box, cool to se what other people are doing and thinking. Glad Tina turned you on to the book check you one of her earlier books, The Last American Men. I liked that one too. Good to hear from you lets get together soon! K?
